Global Leadership
Jessey Lee
Chairman and Founder
As Chairman and Founder of Bresatech, Lee is responsible for providing global insight and relies on his strong business background to guide his leadership team. The past 20 years of Lee’s professional career have been spent investing in and developing successful companies across a variety of industries including technology, hospitality, food and beverage, manufacturing, and retail.
The most recent and intentional focus for Lee has been to further develop Bresatech’s global growth as a digital transformation implementation company through its partnerships with Pega and NetSuite, as well as its own Innovation Solutions practice.
Lee became passionate about technology early in his professional career. He created a vision for a tech company based on his belief that the IT industry is a viable space for the future. In 2017, Lee made his vision come to life with the creation of Bresatech. He sees this company as a long-term investment and legacy for his family. Lee and his family reside in Frisco.
Lee is actively involved in his community as a strong supporter of the Dallas Cystic Fibrosis and Purist Group which provides school supplies to schools and children in need.
William Martin
President and CEO
William Martin joined Bresatech in February 2019 and currently serves as the President and CEO. He has overall responsibility for leadership, sales, strategy, operations, execution of mission and vision, and client success.
Prior to joining Bresatech, Martin spent ten years at Pegasystems developing and managing multiple verticals including Financial Services, Manufacturing, Energy, Consumer and Corporate Markets. Prior to Pegasystems, William was the Head of Global Advisory Services for AML software leader Fortent. William has also held several leadership positions with IBM Business Consulting and PWCC. William has an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business and B.S. degrees from University of Virginia and Old Dominion University.
William was intentionally selected for the President and CEO role at Bresatech based on his leadership abilities and strong performance record including his proven track record launching Start-Up SAS company. Additionally, his deep experience with the Pega platform and significant relationships within Pegasystems made him a perfect candidate to develop Bresatech as a Pega Premier Consulting Partner.
William lives in North Carolina with his wife and four sons. He enjoys golfing and playing doubles tennis with his wife, and watching his boys compete in basketball. William and his sons are World War II history buffs and have a deep appreciation for our veterans - as his father served as an Admiral in the Navy. He is passionate about his family and giving back through mentorship, and currently serves on the board of several local companies.
Matt Bomberger
Senior Vice President
Global Sales and Operations
Matt Bomberger joined Bresatech in 2019 and currently serves the company as Senior Vice President of Global Sales and Operations. Bomberger’s primary responsibility is managing Bresatech’s financials, strategies, and leadership teams across the company’s main divisions including sales, operations, and marketing.
Additionally, Bomberger manages the leadership and sales teams in the company’s three key practice areas for Pega, NetSuite, and Innovation Solutions. He is also responsible for developing the overall company strategy and executing the company’s mission and vision.
Bomberger is a servant leader focused on building long-term client relationships as well as opening new markets and accounts. His experience spans more than 20 years in sales, delivery, operations, and leadership in solutions and professional staffing industries. Prior to joining Bresatech, Bomberger spent 10 years at Experis, a division of ManpowerGroup, where he led multiple teams focused on regional and national enterprise accounts, as well as retail accounts based in North Texas and Oklahoma.
Bomberger lives in Dallas, TX and has two grown children who live in the same area. He is passionate about Basenji Rescue and actually adopted two of these dogs who live with him. He is loyal to his church family and likes to flip and renovate homes in his spare time. Bomberger is an avid sports fan with his favorite teams being Texas A&M football and the Dallas Mavericks. He also likes classic cars, dive bars, and live music.
Bomberger strongly believes in giving back to his community and formerly served on the board for the Dallas Chapter of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and was on Vestry for Church of the Incarnation. He is currently a board member for One Man’s Treasure, a nonprofit that provides men who have been recently released from prison with clothing and networking opportunities with the mission to empower them and volunteers at the Austin Street Center, a homeless shelter in Dallas.
